Padel court installation in Costa Rica
Two roofed padel courts in Costa Rica have been installed and are about to be put into use. The installation process was compact and efficient. From the construction of the roof to the completion of the court, the entire project took about four weeks, demonstrating excellent construction capabilities and professionalism. The customer expressed great satisfaction!
Roof construction
The construction of the roof is an important part of the entire installation process, and the construction period is about two weeks. We used high-strength aluminum alloy profiles with a specification of 166883.0mm thick. This material not only has excellent load-bearing capacity, but also performs well in corrosion resistance and wind resistance, ensuring the stability and durability of the roof.
The choice of tarpaulin is also crucial. We used double-layer P-excellent fire-retardant knife-scraped cloth. This tarpaulin has excellent fire resistance and meets strict safety standards. At the same time, the double-layer design increases its durability and waterproofness, which can effectively cope with changing weather conditions and ensure the normal use of the court.
Court construction
After the roof was built, we immediately carried out the construction of the padel court, which also took about two weeks. High-standard construction technology was used in the foundation construction, fence installation and field laying of the court to ensure that every detail meets the requirements of international competition level.
We chose hot-dip galvanized steel pipes to build the frame structure of the padel court. This kind of steel pipe has been hot-dip galvanized and has strong anti-rust and anti-corrosion capabilities, which can maintain the stability and safety of the structure for a long time. At the same time, the high strength characteristics of the steel pipe also provide a strong guarantee for the overall firmness of the court.
Material advantages
The materials used in this installation project are all top-level configurations, striving to provide users with the best sports experience. Aluminum alloy profiles, double-layer P-excellent fire-retardant scraper cloth, double-layer FVC synthetic fiber and hot-dip galvanized steel pipes, the common characteristics of these materials are high strength, high durability and high safety, which lays a solid foundation for the long-term use of the court.
Aluminum alloy profiles: This profile has the advantages of light weight, high strength and corrosion resistance, and is very suitable as a roof structure material.
